Operating on the agriculture and forestry sector in Portugal and following closely its development, we have been challenged by some investors to find opportunities within the real market price, against the reality mismatch on the prices promoted by the tradional real estate agents and platforms, leading either to a land price inflation without criteria, or missing the recognization of value where it exists.

The modernization and growing competitiveness of our agriculture and forestry sector on this last
decade is a consequence of the continuous improvement and optimization of the production factors starting on the education and skills of our technicians, allied with the usage of modern technology; our Government and European Union co fund support, but also from the recognization of international investors regarding the natural and artificial resources of our countryside when it comes to climate conditions, quality of soil, water acess and the land price itself.
Olive and olive oil, almond and walnut productions are some of the most recent and relevant cases of the enormous capacity of this small country to succeed amongst the biggest producers worldwide, not only due to the competitive production costs but mainly through the quality that our natural resources allow to create this evident value added on our products.
